變天了！強烈寒流20日來襲，台南以北最低 溫將下探10度，先前台中一名男大生，因穿著英國潮牌「極度乾燥」（Superdry）外套獨自騎車衝合歡山，保暖不足險失溫引發熱議，10度寒流即將報到，到底要怎麼穿才保暖？機車族又該注意哪些禦寒防護呢？

專家就建議，機車族要學穿「三明治」穿法，因為寒流一來，路上最辛苦的，莫過於寒風中仍騎著機車的騎士們，據「天氣即時預報」粉絲專頁指出，騎車時因風速大，皮膚所接觸的冷空氣多，導致帶走身體的熱能也更多，因此騎車時的體感溫度，比外籍英文家教老師實際的溫度還更低。

而在台名聲響亮的「極度乾燥Superdry」是當紅潮牌，雖有防風外套款式，比起一般專業戶外機能外套來說，抗風程度若不夠，還是容易有風灌進來，騎車時就會覺得更冷。

台灣戶外品牌歐都納行銷企劃彭維建表示，在10度的寒流天候狀況下，機車族穿著上，可從最內層的發熱衣保溫、中層以Fleece長袖保暖衫蓄熱、外層選穿防風、防水外套阻擋風雨，或以兩層式防水透濕外套（一般為防風加羽絨、或防風結合刷毛款），強化防風與防水透濕效果。這就是所謂「三明治」穿法。

褲子要選內刷毛款式，才不會暖了上半身，卻冷到下半身，這些都是有效的禦寒衣物組合；當然也別忘了騎車時要加戴口罩、圍脖或圍巾、穿著厚襪子，把身體包好，不讓冷風有機可趁。

至於一般人在路上走，如果風沒那麼大又沒下雨，可以外層選穿羽絨外套（否則仍建議加穿防風防水外套）、中層為Fleece長袖保暖衫、內層是發熱衣組合；褲子也建議為內刷毛款式，因為一般的牛仔褲防風效果差，四肢冰冷體質的人，也別忽略腳的保暖。

（中央社河內6日電）越南電影局今年1月1日開始實施電影分級制度，依照電影性愛、暴力、毒品與不雅語言等情節分成普遍級、13歲級、16歲級和18歲級共4級。 依照越南電影分級制度，普遍級電影不得包括性愛、暴力、裸體、毒品與不雅語言等畫面。其餘分級，這些畫面依觀眾年齡而分級開放，其中18歲級電影也不得包括嚴重衝擊觀眾心理的暴力情節、全裸或性交詳細描述情節以及吸毒詳細描述情節等「令人反感」畫面。 越南過去只進行審核某部電影的內容與相關情節，再決定能否在電影院放映。由於尚未實施電影分級，導致審核條件相當嚴格，去年共有30部電影不准在電影院放映，另有不少電影必須刪減部分性愛等畫面後才能放映。 電影分級制度上路後，越南電影局將邀請文化、青少年和兒童教育委員會等相關部門代表，組成電影審核小組，以利電影分級工作。 此外，越南電影局要求全國各票房公開某電影的分類等級，同時嚴格遵守電影分級規定，進行入場觀眾年齡管制。 專家表示，越南電影4級分類制度上路，取代過去「可放映」和「不可放映」2級的制度，有助電影業的發展。1060106
